DRBD Accepted Into Main Line Linux Kernel
December 9, 2009, On The Net - Distributed Redundant Block Device modules have been excepted into the Main Line Linux Kernel.
The kernel module is slated to be in the 2.6.33 release. The addition of DRBD will allow for greater open source penetration into the High Availability Services space.
Congratulations to all the folks that have worked so hard on this project to make it a world class HA storage solution!
